Winvestor, thanks again. I will have to take a few hours to watch the site at peak hours to run into this bug.
Also, Internet Explorer 'would' be the one to have a problem. lol - I'll fix that, and btw the reting system is those arrows. Put your mouseover them they say different things about possible opinions. If you rate more to the right (awesome post) a persons global ranking would go up with the complete rating system is in.
Once you rate a post, by clicking that - you can see how many times a post is rated and the relevancy. This is up before all the others because it starts with Comment Ratings, and that will build a base for more types of ratings.

Thanks once more Andrew. The issue regarding the time has been corrected. As for the disappearing posts, it has not occurred today. When it did occur, there was nothing in the place of the missing post. It was just gone then reappeared in it's prior place. The pages are loading much faster since the number of postings per page has been limited and is now viewable by clicking the next page arrow. In regards to the boxes in misalignment, they are still misaligned when I view them using internet explorer and no arrows are visible. However, when using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox the boxes are in alignment and the arrows are visible.
On another note; what does the carrot beside Prettylady's post mean; and where can I view the ratings you mentioned in your post?

I believe the time is fixed now. Everything should be running on Eastern Standard Time, or better known to us as Wallstreet time.
Someone please verify this is good to go for you as well as me?

It's alright. I am behind the scenes here, I'm responsible for these things. While mostly out of our control we are forced to make decisions. I believe the Search Engines are efficient tools to access information across a Plethera of Networks. By allowing Engines at EquityGroups to roam free as a Sacred Icon we must limit some of those engines (They are asking too much, because of us updating to the New links at EquityGroups from the old site. I believe the nightmare is done.)
To address quickly the questions you have. I will keep it short and simple, because of features in the next release that will help us work with our users to manage an important Roadmap of EquityGroups. We are doing our best to make things reasonable and put all control in your hands how this site works for you.
1. We believe that this will cease to continue.
2. I attempted to make the site more simple, in turn complicating it in the process. All times will be EST WallStreet time - and at a later date in time I will allow people to maneuver this to your timezone more accurately.
3. If you can, please describe exactly what is showing instead of the post if possible, or if it is just not showing at some point.. then describe to me please if it's a certain amount of Comments before it reappears, etc. I only [url=http://www.equitygroups.com/index.php?a=search]Search[/url] Terms that have to do with the development so that I can stay up to speed 24/7 on how this site is going.
4. This should be taken care of as - 1.9514 seconds is the current page load time. I am also going to do a few other things in means of helping each board load quicker. You can expect the site speed to increase in the next few hours and hopefully before Market opens. :)
5. I will investigate this. I appreciate your feedback. Someone rated one of my posts 25%, but I'll be sure to rate yours 100 for this quality of feedback to the site.
6. Boxes? You don't see arrows? Could you take a screenshot of this for me? If you unsure how - please tell me if how are you browsing the site - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Smartphone?
We appreciate you all using this site to cover the items you not only want but NEED to see on a daily basis (I was just as stressed 'for' you today as you were) and we only hope you continue to find the Silver Lining in our site once such issues are resolved. :) That's what makes all of it worth it for us.
I appreciate the kind words, we have plenty of room for Growth and do not stake claims on the 'best' Social Network, but do plan to keep it a bit more social with our User Base. This is your site too, and it will go nowhere without the continued use and your input. :)

Thank you for the 411 Andrew. It is good to know that you consider those who post on this board important. I know many were at a loss regarding today's site nonfunctionality. Many posters are finally experiencing a sense of ease using the site but are still confronted with minor issues. I made a few observations regarding the site. Perhaps someone could review these concerns.
1. The site moves sluggish. Not nearly as smooth or quick as in the beginning.
2. The time display does not appear to be accurate. Perhaps it is not EST.
3. Post disappear and reappear at random.
4. Pages take much longer to load.
5. View counter does not display accurate count after a post is made. Users must go back to home page then return to display.
6. The five square boxes to the left at the bottom of each post are misaligned.
I do appreciate what the Admins. have accomplished. I will continue to support this site wholeheartedly. The more I think about it; what would we do if something were to happen to this site to our dertiment? Yes, there are other social networking sites, but none like this one. This is indeed our site and I am proud to voice it. Many of us have come to rely on this social network perhaps even more than we realize.
I am grateful that it is here. I'm grateful for the Admins. who have and are yet giving of themselves in this venture. I am confident that resolving any issues or inconsistancies in regards to this site will only result in the best social networking community at present.

Today around Market Open (WallStreet Time) our server came under attack from Malicious incoming Traffic. This is more familiarly referred to as a DoS (Denial of Service) Attack.
This caused our website to become unavailable. At times the website was available, but for the most part we were not able to access the site, or any other services on our system(s).
We have worked hard with our DataCenter to fix this issue and more importantly to help ensure that that this doesn't happen again.
We understand the importance of getting here and discussing the things that you want with other Shareholders and sincerely apologize for the disruption of service.
